DELIVERY ORDERS
✅ Ordering is easy. Select 'Order Now' in the top right corner & choose how you would like your goods to arrive.📦 For delivery, please select the radius that your address falls under. Select your items, and then select the day that works for you. We aim to deliver your order within 4 hours of your selected time slot.
🚚 Delivery days are Monday evening, Wednesday afternoon & Friday late morning/afternoon.
🏡 Not going to be in? No problem! If you would like us to leave your order, please let us know in the 'Order Notes' section, leave us a cool box in a safe place & ensure payment has been made ahead of delivery.
COLLECTION ORDERS
📍 If you prefer to collect, collection from us in Stretton on Dunsmore is available on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30pm - 6:30pm.✅ Select 'Order Now' in the top right corner & choose 'Collection'.
📦 Select your items, and then select the day & time that works for you. You will only receive instructions for collection once you have confirmed your order. Follow the instructions and let us know you have arrived by clicking the 'I have arrived' button on your order confirmation.
📧 If you are struggling to find your confirmation, please look for an email (and check your junk folder) from us. You can view your order confirmation and will see the 'I have arrived' button.
